What data we process
Only the data you give us:
- In the form to sell or rent out your property: your name, your phone number, the type of transaction, the location of the property and any details you choose to add.
- If you message us on WhatsApp from the website: your number and whatever you tell us in the conversation.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry, arrange viewings and, if you ask us to, value and market your property. The legal basis is your request and the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- We do not send advertising without your express consent and we do not make automated decisions that affect you.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deal with your request and, if we reach an agreement, for the duration of that relationship. After that, only for the periods required by law for possible liabilities.
Who else has access to your data
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To run the website and our client portfolio we use the PisoFlow platform, which acts as data processor under a contract that requires it to use the data only on our instructions. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms, which may involve international transfers covered by its safeguards.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability, by writing to [email protected]. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies and storage
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It only stores the language you choose locally in your browser, which is necessary to show you the website as you asked and does not require consent (art. 22.2 LSSI). To display fonts, icons and some effects, the website loads files from external providers (Google Fonts, jsDelivr, unpkg and cdnjs), which receive your IP address in order to serve them.
